推广伙伴推荐条款

本条款适用于参与 AurumBull 推广伙伴计划（"本计划"）的用户（"推广伙伴"），是《用户服务协议》的补充；未尽事宜适用《用户服务协议》。申请或使用推广伙伴功能即表示您同意本条款。

一、加入与资格

• 推广伙伴功能仅在本平台审核批准并将账户标记为有效时提供；申请、提交资料或显示申请页面均不代表批准。
• 本平台可自行决定是否批准申请，并可要求补充材料。

二、推荐机制与佣金

• 当客户推荐功能在 Portal 中明确标记为已启用时，获批准且状态有效的推广伙伴可获得客户推荐码或链接。只有在注册时提交并由系统接受的有效推荐码，才可能建立归属；链接访问、点击或提交并不保证归属成功。
• 佣金是否适用、适用交易、计算期间、比例、状态与其他条件，仅以交易当时在 Portal 或书面计划通知中明确标记为已生效的规则为准。未发布生效规则时，本条款不创设任何比例、层级或付款承诺。
• Portal 中的待处理、预计、模拟或未审核金额仅供状态展示，不构成已取得、可提取或必须支付的款项。
• 任何拒付、撤销、欺诈审查、调整或结算处理，只能依据相关交易当时适用并已公布或获接受的规则及强制适用法律进行。

三、佣金与提现状态

• 佣金提现并非持续可用功能。只有当 Portal 明确显示该功能可用时，用户才可按当时公布并接受的验证、收款与处理规则提出申请。
• 功能暂停、维护提示、待处理状态或技术错误均不构成即时付款承诺。本平台可在适用法律允许范围内进行身份、安全、防欺诈与对账核查。

四、推广行为规范（红线）

推广伙伴不得：

• 作出任何收益保证或夸大宣传（如"稳赚"、"保本"、"月入 X 倍"），或隐瞒交易风险；
• 自称投资顾问、经纪商、本平台法定代理人或有权代客户作出交易决定；
• 代客户收取、持有或转移交易资金，或索取密码、OTP、API 密钥、证件影像、银行/支付资料、钱包私钥、经纪商登录资料或其他交易凭证；
• 冒充本平台官方、注册混淆性域名/账号，或在广告中对本平台品牌词竞价；
• 以垃圾邮件、群发骚扰、恶意弹窗等方式推广；
• 自我推荐、虚假注册、刷单或以任何方式套取佣金；
• 向法律禁止的人群或地区推广。

推广伙伴发布的推广内容应使用本平台当时批准的事实与风险提示，不得自行添加产品能力、价格、比例、回报或法律结论。违反本条的，本平台可在适用条款与法律允许的范围内限制或终止推广功能，并采取必要的保护措施。

五、关系性质与税务

推广伙伴是独立使用本计划的用户，不构成雇佣、代理（法律意义上）、合伙或合资，也无权代表或约束本平台。您以自己名义开展推广、承担税务，并自行遵守所在地关于广告、营销、消费者保护、金融宣传、隐私与税务的法律。

六、无收入保证

本平台不对推广收入、资格、归属、佣金产生或付款时间作出保证。任何待处理、预计或模拟数据均不是收入、余额或付款承诺。

七、终止

任一方可按当时适用的计划规则终止参与。本计划结束、账户暂停或终止时任何金额的处理，以相关交易发生时适用并已公布或获接受的规则及强制适用法律为准；本条款不预先创设没收或付款权利。

八、其他

本条款的修订、适用法律与争议解决与《用户服务协议》一致。中英文版本不一致时以中文版为准。联系：support@aurumbull.com

Affiliate Referral Terms

These Terms apply to users participating in the AurumBull affiliate programme ("the Programme") and supplement the Terms of Service, which governs anything not covered here. By applying for or using affiliate features you agree to these Terms.

1. Joining & Eligibility

• Affiliate functions are available only after the Platform approves the application and marks the account active. An application, submission of information or display of an application page is not approval.
• The Platform may approve or decline applications at its discretion and may request supporting materials.

2. Referrals & Commission

• When the customer-referral function is expressly marked active in the Portal, an approved and active affiliate may receive a customer referral code or link. Attribution may be created only where a valid code is supplied and accepted during registration; a visit, click or submission does not guarantee attribution.
• Commission eligibility, qualifying transactions, calculation period, rate, status and other conditions are governed only by rules expressly marked effective in the Portal or in a written Programme notice at the time of the transaction. If no effective rule is published, these Terms create no rate, tier or payment promise.
• Pending, projected, simulated or unreviewed amounts shown in the Portal are status information only and are not earned, withdrawable or payable amounts.
• Any chargeback, reversal, fraud review, adjustment or settlement treatment may occur only under rules published or accepted and applicable to the relevant transaction, and mandatory applicable law.

3. Commission and Withdrawal Status

• Commission withdrawal is not continuously available. A user may apply only when the Portal expressly shows the function as available and under the then-published and accepted verification, payout and processing rules.
• A maintenance notice, paused function, pending status or technical error is not an immediate-payment promise. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform may carry out identity, security, anti-fraud and reconciliation checks.

4. Promotion Rules (Hard Lines)

Affiliates must not:

• Make any earnings guarantees or exaggerated claims (e.g. "guaranteed profit", "risk-free", "10x monthly"), or conceal trading risks;
• Present themselves as an investment adviser, broker, legal agent of the Platform, or a person authorised to make trading decisions for customers;
• Collect, hold or transfer customer trading funds, or request passwords, OTPs, API keys, identity-document images, bank or payment details, wallet private keys, broker login details or other trading credentials;
• Impersonate the Platform, register confusing domains/accounts, or bid on Platform brand terms in advertising;
• Promote via spam, mass unsolicited messaging or malicious pop-ups;
• Self-refer, fake registrations, wash trade or otherwise farm commission;
• Promote to persons or regions where this is prohibited by law.

Promotional content must use only facts and risk notices then approved by the Platform. Affiliates must not add product capabilities, pricing, rates, returns or legal conclusions. A breach may result in restriction or termination of affiliate functions and other protective steps to the extent permitted by applicable terms and law.

5. Relationship & Taxes

Affiliates are independent users of the Programme. Nothing creates employment, legal agency, partnership or joint venture, and an affiliate has no authority to represent or bind the Platform. You promote in your own name, remain responsible for your taxes, and must comply with local advertising, marketing, consumer-protection, financial-promotion, privacy and tax laws.

6. No Income Guarantee

The Platform does not guarantee affiliate income, eligibility, attribution, commission generation or payment timing. Any pending, projected or simulated data is not income, balance or a promise of payment.

7. Termination

Either party may end participation under the Programme rules then in effect. On Programme closure, suspension or termination, treatment of any amount is governed by rules published or accepted and applicable when the relevant transaction occurred, and by mandatory applicable law. These Terms do not create an advance right of forfeiture or payment.

8. Miscellaneous

Amendment, governing law and dispute resolution follow the Terms of Service. The Chinese version prevails in case of inconsistency. Contact: support@aurumbull.com
